1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the 50ok platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification
To register and use the 50ok platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 50ok enforces a strict minimum age policy. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, any winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned minus any bonuses claimed.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, by a legal entity, or through an automated process are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout your use of the 50ok platform.
- You must not be excluded from gambling services through a self-exclusion arrangement, whether on 50ok or through another platform or programme. If you have self-excluded and attempt to register, it is your responsibility to disclose this.
- You must be accessing 50ok for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for professional advantage, arbitrage, or in coordination with other players to exploit promotions or bonus structures is prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Management
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 50ok platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 50ok reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets, and withhold or confiscate any balances held across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 50ok account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 50ok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You should notify 50ok immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when requested by 50ok. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by 50ok may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.
- 50ok reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to suspend account activity pending completion of such verification.
- Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 50ok does not convert balances to foreign currencies. All transactions on the platform — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in BDT.
- 50ok reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where these Terms & Conditions have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where account activity is inconsistent with responsible gaming guidelines.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 50ok platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 50ok does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 50ok's control.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 50ok may require KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into your 50ok account, or to a verified payment method linked to your account following KYC confirmation. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- 50ok aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Times quoted are targets and not guarantees.
- 50ok reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where fraud is suspected, where KYC has not been completed, where bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or where the account is under investigation.
Deposits made to a 50ok account must be genuine funds belonging to the account holder. The use of credit obtained from third parties, stolen funds, or funds derived from criminal activity to fund a 50ok account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
50ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus for new accounts and periodic reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all 50ok bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.
- 50ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, any wagering progress already accumulated by players towards the rollover requirement will be honoured.
- Bonuses and promotional offers are available only to players who have registered a genuine account with accurate personal details and who have completed any applicable KYC verification.
- Welcome bonuses are available only to new 50ok players making their first deposit. Existing account holders opening a second account to claim a welcome bonus again are in breach of these Terms & Conditions and will have their accounts closed and winnings voided.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other gaming products available on the 50ok platform:
- All bets placed on the 50ok platform are final once confirmed. 50ok does not offer cash-out on all markets — the availability of cash-out is displayed on the relevant bet slip at the time of placement.
- In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the settlement of a bet or game round, 50ok reserves the right to void affected transactions and refund stakes to players' accounts.
- Live casino game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer or physical device (roulette wheel, card shoe, etc.). In the event of a dispute between the video feed result and the server-side recorded result, the server-side record takes precedence.
- RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) use certified random number generation systems. Results are statistically independent between rounds. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 50ok platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in a report to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the 50ok platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or other games, match-fixing in sports betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
- The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the 50ok platform other than standard, unmodified consumer web browsers or the official 50ok mobile interface.
- Attempting to access any part of the 50ok platform or another player's account without authorisation, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
- Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or the source of funds deposited into your 50ok account.
50ok actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 50ok may suspend account access pending investigation, void bets placed during the period under review, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a breach.
8. Responsible Gaming

50ok makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any technical issues will be resolved within a particular timeframe. 50ok will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
